I started working with Matt in my search for a new home 6 months ago and I'm happy to say that today I'm writing this review from my new home. Matt was diligent, responsive and excellent in every aspect throughout this process. From finding the perfect home and being patient when I was unsure. He made sure I was completely comfortable with the location, price and provided a truly honest opinion about the properties I was seeing. He also provided great questions to the listing agents that I myself didn't think about making it feel like a team effort. In addition, the purchase of my property was not the smoothest due to delays in the closing process and Matt was able to keep all parties engaged and moved the process as quickly as possible. Matt helped us find an AMAZING deal on a 3 bed, 1400 sq ft. unit in Lakeview. He worked with our schedule and took us around to 5/6 locations over the course of a couple days. They were all within the constraints we proposed which made the decision process a little tough, but he tells it like there is and isn't there to try to coerce you into buying one place over another. It felt as though he was an old friend providing his thoughts. Highly recommend!!

It was great working with Matt. He was extremely helpful in finding us apartments that met all of our needs. We were all unable to go to Chicago to look at places so he went and took pictures and videos of the units for us to see. He also made detailed notes on things that were hard to see on the video. Not only was Matt helpful finding the right apartment, but he has continued to stick with us once we signed. We had a problem with our apartment not being completely cleaned when we moved in and Matt worked with us and our landlord to help alleviate the issue. I would highly recommend Matt to people in the future.

Matt was a pleasure to work with during my house hunting in Chicago. I was operating on a major time crunch and he didn't waver at all. He asked if I wanted to run a marathon or half marathon during the first day of house hunting. We agreed marathon since it would be the closest either of us would get to running one. So, off we went. I think we saw 10-13 homes on day 1. I was able to narrow down options and off he went negotiating!! By 10 a.m. the following day he had feedback and suggested strategy to see a few homes that afternoon. That evening I made my selection and Matt guided me through the process.
