They were all within the constraints we proposed which made the decision process a little tough, but he tells it like there is and isn't there to try to coerce you into buying one place over another. Especially considering that we were house hunting during the COVID pandemic, it was super helpful that he would do virtual/video tours of properties so we could decide if we wanted to tour in-person. He asked if I wanted to run a marathon or half marathon during the first day of house hunting. We agreed marathon since it would be the closest either of us would get to running one. So, off we went. I think we saw 10-13 homes on day 1. I was able to narrow down options and off he went negotiating!!
